1. Open to purchasers of plot 89 or 96a at Chapelton only.
2. A reservation must be completed and reservation fee paid by close of business on Friday 15th February 2019.
3. Missives for the purchase of the home must be concluded no later than the 15th March 2019.
4. Settlement must take place on or before 29th March 2019.
